This site, run by a nonprofit association in Alexandria, Va., lists mostly positions for those experienced in fund raising. This site offers job listings and a registry of nonprofit consultants. Job opportunities can be searched by title, location, organization, or classification. This site, Philanthropy Careers, is the job section of The Chronicle of Philanthropy, which allows users to search jobs that appear in the print version of the paper. Philanthropy Careers includes opportunities in fund raising, grant making, and nonprofit management. Users may search by position, job field, or keyword. Early Career Opportunities, a special section of the site, lists jobs that require less than three years of experience. Community Career Center
Maintained by Enterprise, a Las Vegas company this site allows users to search jobs by region, job type, and title, as well as by employer, job-skills required, and member affiliation. Users can also search for jobs posted by the center's member organizations--12 nonprofit groups, including the American Cancer Society and the American Civil Liberties Union. Jobs from those groups make up the bulk of the listings on this site, and the majority of the jobs require several years experience; some entry-level jobs are also available. Users do not have to sign up or pay a fee to search the listings, and posting a candidate job profile is free. The site also has a resources section, which lists links to sites that provide information of interest to people seeking non-profit work.
